Terms of Service
These general terms apply to services provided by DynamicSource. A signed proposal or statement of work for a specific engagement takes precedence where it differs.
Scope of services
DynamicSource provides IT consulting, Microsoft cloud solutions, implementation, support and related professional services, as described in the agreed proposal.
Client responsibilities
Clients provide timely access to systems, information and people needed for us to deliver the services.
Fees and payment
Fees follow the agreed proposal. Work outside the original scope may be billed separately after it is agreed.
Intellectual property
DynamicSource keeps ownership of its pre-existing tools, methods and materials. Clients own the custom deliverables created for them once paid for.
Confidentiality
Both parties protect confidential information shared during an engagement.
Data security
We follow standard security practices. We are not responsible for breaches caused by client systems, client-managed accounts or factors outside our control.
Warranties and limitations
Services are performed professionally and in good faith. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes.
Third-party services
Clients are responsible for their own licensing and compliance for third-party products, including Microsoft licenses.
Termination
Either party may end an engagement with written notice. Work completed up to the termination date is billable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
